As an EASA Part 145 certified maintenance organization, ACC Columbia Jet Service provides comprehensive support for structural components and aircraft systems across all types and sizes of aircraft.

From inspection and repair to certification and delivery, we offer a full-service package designed to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.

Structural Component Repair & Overhaul

At our metal workshop and composite facility, we specialize in:

Structural repairs, modifications, and overhauls for components of all aircraft types
Full-service process: inspection, quotation, spare parts procurement, repair including NDT, final testing, and complete documentation
Delivery with EASA Form 1 and/or EASA/FAA Dual Release certification
Heat treatment (up to 600 mm) and tempering (up to 2000 mm)
